Mr.Zhang Hengyan was born in April,1961.In 1982 he graduated as a undergraduate from Shandong Industry Univertsity.He is a senior engineer,party member, delegate to the Jining peolple's congress,president and general manager of Shandong Jingliang Mach.Co.,Ltd.,vice-chairman of China Agricultural Machinery By-products Processing Machinery Branch and director of China Foundry Association.

Shandong Jingliang Mach .Co.,Ltd.,is a middle-sized company which main products are paddy processing machines,railway spare parts and electronic products.It locates in 102 Beimen Street,Wenshang County,Shandong province and covers an area of 8,8000 aquare meter.Total capital is 110 million.There are casting,heat treatment,machining,welding,installation,experience and painting workshops.Sales volume tops RBM70 million and the amount of tax reaches RBM11 million per year.The company has its own power of import and export and has passed ISO9002 Quality System Certification.It won the new&high technology enterprise by Technology Department of Shandong Province.
Though 30 years development and production,paddy processing machines have been had 6series 30 specifications products.All the products have been appraised by Shandong province,and among of them NZJ complete rice milling equipment and 6NF-15.8 rice mill with blowing wind were honoured National New Products Plan approved by National Economy and Business Committee,6NF-11.5A small chaff rice mill with blowing wind won the national new products by the fifth department of ministry of china technology.At present diesel locomotive cylinder head of railway spare parts has model 16V240,12v240,16V280.Adopting compacted graphite cast iron,the product' life are extended in a great deal,so it become the largest enterprise.On this basis,the rolling stock brake and other model cylinder head are newly developed.Electronic products have electronic bolier,intelligent precision instrument and other by-products machinery has hammer type grinder,gravity seperator,rice sorter.Many kinds of new products afford the company development room and make a firm base for the company to step into a large enterprise.
